Butter Sautéed Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS:

15 brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise

DIRECTIONS:

  • Melt butter and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until butter is foamy.

  • Reduce heat to medium, add smashed garlic and cook until lightly browned and fragrant.

  • Remove garlic and discard.

  • Add brussel sprouts cut side down. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, do not stir. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife.

  • The cut side of the sprouts should be nicely browned, with a nutty, buttery flavor enhanced by the garlic.

  • Top with Bee Sweet & Spicy Habanero-Infused Honey
